In offroad racing, dirt, dust, and water push air filters to their limits. DT1’s custom MX Dual and MX Triple air filters are designed for maximum filtration and protection under extreme conditions. Each filter is constructed for a perfect fit on the airbox, offering a long-lasting protection in all conditions.
Not only for motorsports but also for industry, custom filters are made to allow all kinds of tools to function and be protected in optimal conditions.
For the toughest offroad environments, DT1’s MX Triple Evolution air filters deliver ultimate protection. Built entirely from 23 mm triple-stage foam, with our unique studded red layer, they eliminate the need for dust covers. Proven by factory teams, these filters ensure unmatched engine protection against sand, silt, and water — without compromising performance or throttle response.
This air filter is completely constructed whith triple foam 23mm. This foam is produced with 5 mm yellow R60 foam, 5 mm white R40 foam and 13 mm special red nop foam 7/7/7. With inside the specially studded foam what created a bigger foamvolume that create a higher airflow capacity. Can be cleaned, re-oiled and reused like a dual stage filter.
For off-road cars ( rally, rallycross, extreme buggy races, tractor pulling, dessert races ). Dt1 Airfilters Europe produces air filters in dual and triple foam for this segment. We also assemble complete kits, including a base plate, inner cage, and mounting materials. Custom-made products are always available.
After many months of development and production testing, DT-1 Airfilters Europe made the first prototypes available to some Dt-1 factory MX1 & MX2 teams. The Teams tested them extensively on all terrain and were extremely satisfied! DT-1 Airfilters Europe is proud to be the first manufacturer that brings an air filter open air cage built with Reinforced High Temperature Carbon Fiber.
Built to replace traditional plastic cages, they’re lighter, stronger, and vibration-free at high RPM. Each cage eliminates the need for a backfire screen, improves airflow, and withstands high heat. Together with a custom DT1 filter, these components deliver the precision, reliability, and responsiveness that serious road racers expect.
